About the Role:
Accenture currently has an opportunity for a Content Development & Strategy Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on creating, managing, and optimizing content that drives business growth and supports our advertisers' media strategies. This role is client-facing, requiring strong communication skills, professional experience, and a deep understanding of digital marketing processes. The ideal candidate will be a native English speaker with a proven track record in content creation and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage external-facing content including one-sheeters, AOS communications, pitch decks, sequences, newsletters, and more, ensuring alignment with regional initiatives and adherence to the Governance Framework.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality content that meets strategic business goals. Manage the Outreach Content Committee and drive continuous improvement in content deliverables.
Content Optimization: Regularly audit existing content within the SMB content library, ensuring consistency, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines. Utilize tools such as Helix and Outreach Smart Email Assist to enhance content quality and efficiency.
Content Strategy & Execution: Drive regional adherence to content requests via Asana workflow, implement content in tools like Pardot, Outreach, Google Drive, and Highspot, and lead quarterly content planning, weekly performance reviews, and monthly audits.
Training & Best Practices: Collaborate with Learning & Development stakeholders to deliver content training and support Outreach adoption. Document and share best practices, A/B test outcomes, and content adoption strategies.
Native English Speaker: Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of digital marketing processes, with experience in content creation that goes beyond revenue generation.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 18 months of professional experience, ideally in a client-facing role, with a focus on content creation, stakeholder management, and communication.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think creatively and laterally to develop solutions that meet business objectives.
Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build successful relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across various teams.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with Pinterest Brand guidelines and reflects the company’s values and messaging.
