Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping Signet attract exceptional talent that drives our business forward. This is more than filling positions. It's about building meaningful relationships, understanding the evolving talent landscape, and creating positive candidate experiences from first conversation through offer acceptance.

In this role, you'll partner with hiring leaders to identify and engage both active and passive talent, develop sourcing strategies, and build pipelines that support current and future hiring needs. What You'll Be Doing

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive talent.
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, tools, and recruiting methods to attract qualified candidates.
  • Continuously evaluate sourcing approaches to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Market Intelligence & Talent Insights

  • Stay informed on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Apply market insights to support recruiting strategies and talent planning efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand talent pools and attract candidates with diverse experiences and perspectives.

Candidate Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates to create long-term talent communities.
  • Develop partnerships with recruitment agencies, professional organizations, and industry networks.
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and potential fit for opportunities.
  • Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening conversations to evaluate interest and alignment.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide relevant insights to support hiring decisions.
  • Partner with hiring teams throughout the interview and selection process.

Offer Management & Hiring Support

  • Extend employment offers and support compensation discussions in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with offer negotiations while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Guide candidates through the final stages of the hiring process.

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Support onboarding activities in collaboration with HR and business partners.
  • May facilitate new hire orientation and help create a welcoming experience for new team members.
  • Assist in ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one.

What You'll Need

Experience

  • Experience sourcing, recruiting, and building talent pipelines across multiple channels.
  • Experience engaging both active and passive candidates.
  • Experience managing candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Understanding of external labor market conditions and recruiting trends.
  • Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies and leverage multiple recruiting channels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to assess talent and align candidate capabilities with business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience extending offers and supporting compensation discussions.
  • Experience partnering with recruitment agencies, professional associations, and external talent networks.
  • Experience supporting onboarding activities and/or new hire orientation.
