We are seeking a collaborative and forward-thinking Data Governance Executive to play a pivotal role in the shaping and embedding of our enterprise-wide data governance standards, policies, and best practices. This role will act as a key enabler for consistent, high-quality data management across the organisation, ensuring that all business units align to a shared data governance framework.

Roles and Responsibilities: "• Implement and maintain data quality rules, profiling techniques and assessment processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data. Create solutions for markets to action data hygiene issues in line with approved governance standards
• Perform automated and manual data quality checks, address anomalies and maintain data definitions and business glossaries
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, metadata management, data harmonisation and source-to-target mapping documentation to facilitate greater alignment of data management practices across markets
• Ensure alignment of data standards, structures, and governance practices across markets and functions in line with a global data governance framework
• Leverage BI/visualisation platforms for governance reporting and insight delivery related to data quality checks
• Implement and maintain data cataloguing tools (e.g., Collibra, Purview) and centralised documentation repositories (SharePoint, Confluence)
• Establish and monitor version control, audit trails, change control processes, and PII classification compliance
• Understand the definitions of business-critical fields across a multitude of consumer marketing sources to enable proper controls and informed decision making
• Ensure secure documentation, sensitive data handling, and adherence to governance and regulatory requirements
• Publish, design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor KPIs and business outcomes
• Ensure reports are user-friendly, accurate, and aligned with stakeholder needs
• Develop good working relationships with peers within the Central teams or End Market teams, ensuring that communication is clear and consistent such that all parties are continually aware of their expected inputs to the governance work at hand
• Identify opportunities for improvement of data management practices which can enable the consistent development of best-practice governance processes"
