Responsible for the execution of internal and external events. Create brand awareness though effective event management strategies. Collaborate with various departments to implement strategic activities to enhance brand visibility and support our Brand Promise.

Support strategic alignment: Work closely with leaders to align on Astron Energy events with business strategies, ensuring coherence across all parts of the organisation.

Departmental engagement: Partner with various departments and cross-functional teams to identify needs, develop campaigns, build content and project manage initiatives that enhance brand visibility and awareness.

Events guidelines and strategies: Drive the development and execution of comprehensive event guidelines that align with our business goals, Purpose, Values, and culture.   Develop an events calendar.

Promote organisational culture: Drive campaigns that foster a culture of openness, transparency, collaboration, and high performance in line with Astron Energy’s Values of safety, integrity, responsibility, openness, simplicity, and entrepreneurialism.

Events campaign execution: Execute innovative campaigns that address business imperatives, leveraging employee communications.   Manage internal and external events across all regions including all relevant touch points executed against the approved Brand plan.

Brand consistency: Ensure there is consistency in line with brand and design guidelines across all events collateral. 

Monitoring and reporting: Track participation sentiment, using analytical tools and create post event reports.

Communication: Utilise a broad spectrum of communications channels and platforms to reach diverse employee demographics effectively encompassing employees at both assets and offices.

Budget: Coordinating all logistical elements including approvals of budget, but not limited to vetting of suppliers, engaging with vendors.
