The work:

The Center of Excellence (COE) enables Sales Excellence to deliver best-in-class offerings to Accenture leaders, practitioners, and sales teams.

As a member of the COE Analytics Tools & Reporting team, you will develop and enhance analytical models and reporting tools that provide insights on underlying trends and key drivers of the business.

You will:

• Improve the performance, functionality and standardization of Power BI reports and Excel models used for ME reporting.
• Consolidate data from Sales, Finance and other functions to create dashboards. that help managers and operations personnel make fact-based decisions.
• Create analytical models and scorecards to help leaders understand key business trends and drivers that affect Sales Excellence initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality data output

Educational Requirement:

Must have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or relevant business experience

Skills and Work Experience

• Excellent oral and written communication in English
• At least two years of experience doing data analytics work, which may include:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot and Cube functions
• Data visualization for sales, pricing, finance, and related functions
• Python, R, SQL Query design or a similar language
• Understanding of sales and finance concepts
• Proficiency in defining and using performance metrics.
