Supervise the operations and staff greeting park visitors and guests, providing directions, information, parking, and general assistance. Supervise Dispatchers monitoring CCTV cameras for security and safety concerns and dispatching resources to respond to security, safety, maintenance, and immediate requests.

- Oversees the day-to-day Park Services and Dispatch teams responsible for greeting visitors, monitoring gate traffic, and dispatching security and first aid response teams across park acreage.
- Develop work schedules to ensure gates are staffed during operating hours while being mindful of overtime expenses. Approves timecards.
- Establish and communicate expectations, delegate assignments, and set deadlines. Monitor workload and make adjustments; observe workers and provide guidance as well as kudos.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to escalated visitor situations, safety, or security which may involve monitoring CCTV recording, communicating with 911, or boots on ground providing management oversight.
- Validates CCTV recordings are backed-up and stored safely. Ensure equipment and radios are maintained, serviced, and budgeted for replacements.
- Performs responsibilities of team during meal breaks or staffing needs during periods of PTO, staff shortages, or similar.
- Maintains processes and procedures. Identifies and implements innovative solutions improving efficiencies. Supports change initiatives, maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work responsibilities or environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
- Develop a strong, trusting, and reliable team. Understand team members career aspirations and provide assignments to develop skills and/or close gaps. Constructively address issues and provide tangible and appropriate feedback. Apply a proactive and collaborative management style in order to increase employee engagement and minimize turnover.
- Responsible for screening candidates (internal and external) and hiring or promoting a skilled and effective staff. Assesses staff’s abilities recommending pay increases and career advancements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates degree in a related discipline preferred
Licenses
- Valid state driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Experience
- At least five (5) years’ security administration experience monitoring CCTV, using two-way radios, dispatching security or emergency services, or security office patrol experience
- Customer service experience communicating face to face with the general public
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bilingual proficiency speaking a plus
- Leadership qualities and skills
- Ability to properly and appropriately use and maintain two-way radios
- Ability to operate CCTVs and backup up recordings
- Cognitive Ability including reason, plan, solve problems, think abstractly, comprehend complex ideas, learn quickly, learn from experience, and appropriately apply learning to new situations.
- Process and results oriented, keeping work moving by removing obstacles and exploring alternatives
- Must have a positive attitude, a drive to continually advance your understanding of the industry and business, and is highly self-motivated
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient MS Office Suite skills

Work Environment
- Work indoors and or outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions
- Comply with Field dress code policy
Work Postures
- Frequent, continuous periods of time standing, up 6 hours per day
- Sitting continuously for many hours per day, up to 6 hours per day
- Climbing stairs to access buildings frequently
Physical Demands
- Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is required, includes paperwork, calculators, computers, two-way radios, CCTV, and phone usage
Work Hours
- Working beyond “standard” hours as the need arises
Compensation:
Exempt: $67,875/yr - $81,450/yr
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
