JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted partner and advisor as Abbott’s main contact to customers
  • Manage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as: strategic account management and post-sales implementation process
  • New product and menu expansion targeting and sales support
  • Prepare and execute regular customer business reviews
  • Success in this role is measured by service level achievement, economic profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate and managed revenue.
  • Management of medium to large accounts, maintain network customer satisfaction
  • Experience sharing and support for Ambassador in the team

Requirements

  • Degree in medical technology, life sciences or business or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical laboratory science is preferred
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English.
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is preferred
  • Computer knowledge
  • At least THREE year of relevant experience
