Job Summary
HP Additive Manufacturing Solutions is rapidly growing and uniquely positioned to redefine the future of industrial 3D printing. At the heart of this journey is R&D—pushing technological boundaries, transforming ideas into breakthrough products, and sustaining our market leadership. The R&D Hardware Section Manager is a key leadership role, with a direct impact on our technology roadmap and the continued growth of our business.
In this role, you will define and drive the technology strategy of the hardware discipline, in close collaboration with senior technical leaders, ensuring strong alignment with business objectives and product strategy. You will be accountable for delivering critical hardware assets across the product roadmap, while leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, fostering a strong can‑do mindset and a culture of innovation. You will champion the adoption of new technologies, design practices, and validation methodologies. You will also manage the entire R&D Lab operations—an essential engine for rapid development, rigorous validation, and product excellence.
