WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll report to the EMEA Brand Director for Jordan Energy and work closely with a variety of teams including Digital Marketing, Brand Creative, Product Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Streetwear Marketing, Planning, Stores & Partners Marketing, City Marketing, and Global Brand Marketing. This role will require collaboration across different functions to bring Jordan’s brand vision to life throughout the EMEA region, ensuring a unified approach to all marketing initiatives.

Key Skills:

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Brand Marketing Specialist for Jordan Brand EMEA, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the execution of Jordan’s EMEA energy and entertainment strategy. You’ll be responsible for extending the brand’s global initiatives into the regional marketplace, crafting and executing plans that bring in new consumers while maintaining strong ties with existing ones. You’ll manage relationships with key cultural partners, ensuring that Jordan’s voice remains authentic and impactful in youth culture.
You will support the EMEA and City Energy teams in managing and executing initiatives that highlight Jordan’s portfolio of cultural partners, from music and fashion to sport and streetwear. You’ll be responsible for bringing energy and excitement to the brand across EMEA by working closely with teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with global brand goals.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of the EMEA energy and entertainment vision, ensuring that marketing strategies resonate with Jordan’s most discerning consumers.
Collaborate with EMEA and City Energy teams to manage and execute initiatives around Jordan’s portfolio of cultural partnerships, including music, fashion, art, and streetwear.
Develop and implement marketing plans for key campaigns, focusing on cultural relevance and consumer engagement in key cities such as London and Paris.
Forge strong relationships with cultural leaders and partners to create disruptive marketing initiatives that align with Jordan’s core values.
Support the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring that Jordan’s product and brand messages are communicated in innovative ways across all platforms.
Work with cross-functional teams including Product, City Marketing, and Sports Marketing to deliver integrated marketing plans that build brand strength and demand across the region.
Provide insights on youth culture trends and shifts to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry, while educating internal teams on best practices.
Be agile and adaptable, navigating ambiguity to deliver clarity and solutions in a fast-paced environment.
