Who We Are:

At VML, we are a beacon of innovation and growth in an ever-evolving world. Our heritage is built upon a century of combined expertise, where creativity meets technology, and diverse perspectives ignite inspiration. With the merger of VMLY&R and Wunderman Thompson, we have forged a new path as a growth partner that is part creative agency, part consultancy, and part technology powerhouse.

Our global family now encompasses over 30,000 employees across 150+ offices in 64 markets, each contributing to a culture that values connection, belonging, and the power of differences.  Our expertise spans the entire customer journey, offering deep insights in communications, commerce, consultancy, CRM, CX, data, production, and technology. We deliver end-to-end solutions that result in revolutionary work.

This role sits in a small centralized WPP ‘Above agency team’ designed to service a global client and enhance creative quality, strategic thinking, and innovation across all network partner agencies. Our team operates independently from individual agencies within the WPP Network and is positioned to move upstream, collaborating as part extension of the client, and downstream into the agency network to oversee, co-author, and develop solutions to client business problems and meet commercial and marketing objectives.

Our team includes some of the network’s top talents— mimicking the agency's core offering of strategy, creative, project management, and client leadership —who work on high-impact projects that often require network-wide consistency and a unified approach.

We blend the scale and efficiency of a centralized operation with the agility and local knowledge/specialisms of individual agencies, enhancing their ability to deliver impactful campaigns for a top 5 WPP global client.
