<title>About the role</title>

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end contract execution. You will act as the operational and commercial owner of B2G contracts in your market, while going beyond bid execution by shaping Bolt’s public sector capabilities through identifying gaps and driving internal initiatives to meet complex tender requirements.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

- <point>Tender Pipeline: Build and prioritize a local public procurement pipeline; lead risk assessment and Go/No-Go decisions for all bid submissions.</point>
- <point>Gap Analysis & Out-of-Scope Mapping: Identify and evaluate tenders outside current capabilities, define internal action plans to close the gaps, and assess routes to market such as partnerships, subcontracting, or product expansion.</point>
- <point>Bid Management: Own end-to-end bid submissions, leading pricing strategy, ensuring all operational requirements are defined, commitments are realistic, and risks are properly mitigated.</point>
- <point>Contract Performance & Commercial Ownership: Set and monitor KPIs and SLAs; manage price adjustments, P&L, customer relationships, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</point>
- <point>Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure supply readiness and alignment across contract submission and delivery.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

- <point>You have 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Public Sector Consulting, with a track record of managing government contracts. Experience in delivering transport projects is preferred.</point>
- <point>You have hands-on experience managing and executing public contracts and have knowledge about the overall bid process - from identifying opportunities and coordinating bid submissions to ensuring compliance and contract execution.</point>
- <point>You bring strong strategy, operational, and financial skills, with experience managing budgets, structuring offers, and delivering results in regulated environments.</point>
- <point>You work cross-functionally with Public Policy, Operations, Legal, and Finance to drive complex projects from planning through execution in complex contractual settings.</point>
- <point>You preferably have a background in transport, infrastructure, consulting, or other regulated industries.</point>
- <point>You speak the local language and English fluently.</point>
