Role Overview

Analog Devices’ Engineering Enablement (EE) organization is seeking a Program Manager, EDA Vendor Operations to support the governance, operational execution, and scaling of our (Electronic Design Automation) EDA and software vendor ecosystem. With 70+ vendors and growing annual spend, this role will play a key part in managing differentiated vendor engagement models, operationalizing vendor scorecards, and strengthening contract and NDA governance across the vendor portfolio. This role will also partner with procurement, legal, finance, and key external vendors to ensure effective oversight, risk management, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring working knowledge of the engineering product development ecosystem, experience managing vendors across the full supplier lifecycle, and the ability to think beyond standard frameworks to drive effective, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Governance: Support governance across a four‑tier EDA and software vendor ecosystem within Engineering Enablement, applying the appropriate level of effort based on criticality, spend, and business impact.
  • Vendor Scorecard Operationalization & Scaling
    • Improve vendor survey questionnaires and integrate quantitative support metrics into Vendor scorecard
    • Drive survey participation from technical owners; consolidate, analyze, and refine results for quarterly technical and business reviews.
    • Support extending the scorecard framework to additional vendors, tailoring metrics to vendor specific engagement models.
    • Enhance integration between survey tools, support metrics data, and Power BI dashboards.
    • Support execution of the scorecard operating model across 6–7 major vendors, delivering approximately two vendor scorecards per quarter.
  • Contract & NDA Governance
    • Coordinate execution of multi-party NDAs, ensuring fast turnaround to support design flows and cross vendor engagements.
    • Track and monitor data disclosures to EDA vendors, ensure timely data deletion, and refresh NDAs as required.
    • Oversee contract renewals and quote lifecycle management across EDA and software vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience in vendor management, program management, procurement operations, or contract administration.
  • Deep understanding of Supplier Performance Management frameworks and Contract Lifecycle management.
  • Strong Analytical mindset with comfort working in structured frameworks and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Foundational understanding of AI and data‑driven tools, with the ability to apply AI‑enabled solutions to supplier governance, contract reviews, renewal tracking, and operational insights
  • Pragmatic, outside‑the‑box problem‑solving ability to solve operational challenges
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring workflows simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating across engineering, legal, procurement, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or familiarity with semiconductor industry, EDA vendors and/or chip design tool ecosystems is a plus but not required.
