What will your responsibilities be?

  • Manage small to mid-size projects without support from the PMO, or internal leader
  • Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and project scope.
  • Manage project risks through assessment, identification, and mitigation of potential risks.        
  • Use analytical tools and insight to gather, refine define and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between Business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
  • Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications and manages changes to such specifications.
  • Develop internal project plans.
  • Partner with HR/Payroll and Project Managers to ensure a successful change management process.
  • Develop User Acceptance Testing Plan with use case scenarios so that the requirements and test cases are unambiguous, aligned, consistent and not in contradiction with each other. 
  • Document all test results and partners with business or process stakeholders for test resolution efforts.
  • Perform release management activities to promote application changes into production.
  • Participate in production and/or system launches with IT and business resources to ensure production environment is done accurately.
  • Quickly learn, research, and analyze new IT task or problem using internal AI, or knowledge base
  • Lead internal project or initiative status meetings, identifying action items and documenting appropriately.
  • As member of HRIT team, ensure all activities are performed with respect to data privacy, IT security, and IT Audit standards
  • Communicate with team, contractors, third party vendors, stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the project.
  • Work collaboratively within a team at all levels including stakeholder management, with considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision.
  • Work with IT Purchasing to issue RFI, RFP, RFQ techniques to identify, select, and engage with vendors to ensure competitive market advantage.
  • Develop trusting relationships with the business, facilitates communication between IT and other internal and external colleagues, and gains commitment from the business to align solutions with business strategies.
  • Ensure global alignment and consistency while effectively balancing global, regional and local needs.
  • Work closely with HRIT leadership and HR business partners to roadmap business capabilities to IT capabilities, identify opportunities for delivering technology solutions that will enable the organization.


Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of functional experience in Business Analysis or related field is required.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present technical matters in a simple, clear and concise manner to the targeted audience.
  • Experience with HR, Benefits, Health & Safety, Payroll or T&A systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience with MS Power BI development is a plus
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Knowledge of industry ticketing, and testing tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar).
  • Knowledge of main IT Systems integration concepts
  • Familiarity with IT Server features and settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural differences and ability to impact across cultures.
  • Excellent business communication and change management skills, ability to work with those who use English as a primary or secondary language.
  • Strong creative, conceptual and analytical thinking, ability to consider the wider consequences of each decision.
  • ITIL certification or PMP certification required.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming.
  • IT Cyber Security or IT Audit certificate is advantage.
  • Fluent English in both verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to speak German language is an advantage.
