The Opportunity Alliance is seeking a full-time Crisis Clinical Supervisor to join our Mobile Outreach program.
The Crisis Clinical Supervisor is a professional social work position for The Opportunity Alliance’s Crisis Program (Mobile Outreach).
The person in this position holds a leadership role with both administrative and clinical responsibilities. It includes oversight of programming, supervision of staff (call specialists, mobile crisis workers, student interns), and administrative coordination of program/services. The Crisis Clinical Supervisor is responsible for teaching, consultation, triaging, clinical problem solving, treatment review, clinical support, data reporting and data management functions. The person in this position reports to the Program Director and works collaboratively to assure effective, efficient, and safe recovery-based services. They ensure community responsiveness and collaborative relationships; provide quality review of documentation; and are responsible for training of staff (both at job entry as well as when improvements are indicated). They foster good communication between staff, programs, agency staff, community providers, community members and, particularly, with those interested in or able to receive benefit of these crisis intervention services.
This position will be responsible for the supervision of a team of Mobile Crisis Workers
SCHEDULE: Full-time, 30 hours/week position. Set schedule will be determined by the program. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
LOCATION: Portland, ME. Serving Cumberland County. Work is done in person (in the office and, or community) with potential for some remote work.
Duties involve working in and around central Agency administrative offices and at program sites, requiring some travel in the Cumberland County and other program service areas.
