Location: London, UK (In-person)
Duration: 10 Weeks
Team & Role Description
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team in London that acts as the right hand to the UKI CEO and COO. You will operate at the heart of Salesforce’s UKI growth engine, solving complex problems in an environment that combines the sophistication of a global leader with the pace and energy of a start-up.
The UKI Sales Strategy team is the driving force behind the operational and strategic execution of Salesforce’s UKI business. We act as trusted strategic advisors to our UKI Sales Leaders, partnering with them to execute high-impact initiatives and drive revenue growth within the region. Responsibilities & Impact
As a Sales Strategy Intern, you will be central to the success of our UKI growth strategy. You will act as a partner to the UKI leadership team, gaining exposure to the UKI Senior Leadership and UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE.
Your work will involve driving UKI-specific strategic initiatives, such as go-to-market planning, identifying local market opportunities, and assisting with investment decisions for the following year. You will help define performance metrics and build the reporting infrastructure needed to monitor the health of the UKI business. By identifying areas of weakness and delivering actionable recommendations, you will directly influence the productivity of our regional teams. You will also support the local operating rhythm, including forecasting cycles and executive-level business reviews.
Desired Skills & Experience
We are seeking highly ambitious, intelligent, and commercially-minded individuals to join our UKI team.
You should be currently enrolled in your penultimate or final year of a University degree, graduating between late 2026 and Spring 2027.
You should be an analytical thinker who enjoys gaining insights from data and possesses strong logical reasoning skills.
You should possess a relentless curiosity and a passion for creating innovative solutions to challenging business problems.
You should be a strong communicator who can translate complex information into easily digestible insights and compelling presentations.
You should be a resilient self-starter with a bias toward ownership and the motivation to go beyond the task at hand.
You should be a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
