The Work: The Oracle EBS / HRMS Manager will be responsible for overseeing the application management of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives. This role requires expertise in Oracle EBS version R12+ and a deep understanding of HRMS and Payroll processes, particularly within the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, manage system enhancements, and provide strategic guidance for HR and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the application lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and HRMS modules, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Lead and oversee HRMS and Payroll processes, including Hire-to-Retire activities such as Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements in HR and payroll operations.
Provide technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12+ and HRMS modules.
Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides.
This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.
Here’s what you need:
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite version R12+ with a focus on HRMS and Payroll modules
Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire processes, including Employee New Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotions, Global Mobility, and Terminations
Experience in application management and system enhancements
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a team
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
