You’ll be responsible for designing and implementing go-to-market propositions using agentic AI approaches that seamlessly integrate across branch, digital, call centre, and relationship management channels delivering smarter, more connected customer experiences.

As a Product Owner specialising in agentic workflows and customer experience, you’ll drive product growth and innovation while shaping the future of AI-driven distribution. Embedded within the Virtual Relationship Management (VRM) Crew, you’ll focus on agentic platforms and tools that transform traditional business processes into intelligent, autonomous workflows.
Your work will deliver revolutionary agentic AI solutions, AI-first workflows that optimise operations, and seamless integration of agentic capabilities across multiple channels resulting in measurable improvements in customer engagement, satisfaction, and business performance.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions across customer touchpoints and digital platforms
Shape customer journeys and value propositions using Voice of Customer (VoC) insights, market research, and agentic capabilities
Drive AI-first process innovation and ongoing product discovery to enhance business workflows
Translate AI trends and data into clear product direction, supporting the full lifecycle from ideation through to delivery
Lead continuous product discovery and delivery of agentic AI workflows, including requirements definition, testing, and optimisation
Define and document both functional and non-functional requirements, and support testing activities including user and business verification
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture
Ensure agentic systems are loosely coupled, purpose-built, and aligned with technical and compliance standards
Act as the key liaison between agentic platform teams and business units, facilitating workshops and championing improved approaches
Monitor product performance using analytics, usage metrics, and cohort analysis to measure impact and guide future improvements
What You’ll Bring
Strong expertise in agentic AI systems, platforms, and workflows, with a deep understanding of the AI development lifecycle
Proven experience delivering strategic AI projects end-to-end, with a focus on business transformation and risk management
Technically fluent across mobile, APIs, backend, cloud, cyber, and generative AI applications, with a high regard for UX, performance, and accessibility
Experienced in designing agentic customer journeys and integrating capabilities across multiple channels
Strong background in data analytics, cloud services, and agile product development
Excellent communicator with the ability to influence across all levels and facilitate workshops with impact
Strategic thinker with a track record of translating AI trends into product direction and reimagining business processes through AI-first approaches
Strong stakeholder engagement and understanding of regulatory and operational risk requirements
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience, satisfaction, and business outcomes
