Who you are:
As a Financial Analyst II with Frost, you are our data master, analyzing data throughout the organization to understand the performance of each unique area. These insights will help you understand opportunities for potential development and ensure that our financial goals are being maintained. You will use your effective communication skills and analytical mindset to present your findings and make recommendations to upper management. More than that, this role is about constant improvement and doing so with our signature all-win approach in mind.
What you’ll do:
Research complex financial data and utilize findings to assist senior management in optimizing the financial planning structure of Frost lines of business
Proactively present research and make recommendations to executive and senior management to ensure Frost business objectives are achieved
Utilize institutional accounting knowledge to create reporting and analysis tools that improve and automate the financial data collection process
Perform high-level budget analysis to ensure that forecasted financial goals are being upheld at Frost
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of Financial Analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
