LLP Product Growth Enablement Manager

 

At Maersk, we are strengthening our Lead Logistics (LLP / 4PL) capabilities and we’re looking for a commercially driven Product Growth Enablement Manager to help accelerate growth in the NEC area.

 

In this role, you will focus on driving new business and expanding existing customers within Lead Logistics, helping customers design and optimize their end-to-end supply chain operations.

This is a pure individual contributor role, focused on growth, sales, and customer impact, working closely with commercial and solution design teams.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Drive new business acquisition for Lead Logistics (LLP / 4PL) solutions in the NEC region

  • Engage customers to understand their end-to-end supply chain, from origin to destination

  • Translate customer needs into tailored logistics and control tower solutions

  • Support and contribute to solution design in collaboration with internal experts and solution engineers 

  • Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to position value-driven solutions

  • Contribute to tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations

  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers on supply chain optimization

 

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within logistics or supply chain

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain concepts (PO management, control tower, 4PL/LLP models, booking flows) 

  • Experience in supply chain/logistics environments 

  • Ability to engage customers and sell complex, solution-based offerings

  • Strong commercial mindset and drive to win new business

  • Experience working cross-functionally with solution design, operations, and commercial teams

  • Structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach

  • Ability to operate in a customer-facing role with credibility and confidence
