Role Summary:

The overall goal of Operations Technician is to carry out operation jobs and relative job reports. Support QRC operations as required.

Responsibilities :

• Dismantle and re-assembly mechanical seal. Inspect and repair mechanical seal.
• Testing and maintenance of mechanical seal and equipment.
• Execute field service as required. Submit job report independently.
• Act the 6S and SHEA as company required.
• To ensure that the work procedures and specifications for activities that are being carried out in the workshop, are in accordance with our corporate standards.
• Complete other jobs as required and assigned.

Requirements:

• HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Hold Mechanical operations experience.
• Strong knowledge in reading technical documents is essential.
• Basic computer skills with MS office.
• Good team-work spirit and professional ethics & compliance.
• Have basic capabilities for finding, analyzing, and solving problems.
• Good professional and operation skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Mechanical engineering or repair experience.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings.
• Prior experience in the pump/valve industry is preferred.
