Key Accountabilities

• Under minimal supervision, complete troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated FMC equipment.
• Effectively communicate and partner with teammates and colleagues
• Maintain regular, frequent communication with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records on time.
• Complete on-time and accurate Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction as needed.
• May include application training of clinical or hospital staff on designated equipment.
• A service report must be completed for all equipment related service tasks, such as installation, modification, upgrade, repair, and maintenance services.
• Troubleshooting support by telephone and e-mail.
• Ability to work in a team, set priorities and meet deadlines

Qualifications and Experience

Should have B.Sc. Engineering degree in Electrical & Electronic/ Biomedical Engineering

Minimum 0-2 years experience, preferably in hemodialysis dialysis machine/medical device

Competencies

Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Basic knowledge in dialysis

Basic knowledge of water treatment

Basic knowledge of products distributed by FMC
