Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
· Handle administrative and clerical tasks, managing service requests, inquiries, and communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers or vendors
· Manage complex tasks independently, taking initiative even when procedures are not fully defined.
· Communicate daily via phone and email, collaborating with Service Engineers, workshop teams, and cross-functional departments.
· Administer service-related systems (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce), track orders, manage invoicing and disputes, and coordinate logistics for spare parts.
· Prepare and follow up on quotations for repairs, maintenance, and part sales.
· Support continuous improvement efforts, perform UAT, and suggest process optimizations.
· Ensure adherence to quality standards, complete required training, and follow through on all service and repair processes.
· Adjusts or recommends enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area
Required Knowledge and Experience:
· Proficient in English (B2 level or above).
· Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education.
· Organized and dependable, with strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
· Comfortable using MS Office and working independently in a dynamic environment.
· Skilled at resolving customer concerns professionally, even under pressure.
· Collaborative and self-motivated, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a similar environment, is familiar with systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, or Salesforce, and holds a bachelor’s degree.
