Job Description:

We are looking for an outstanding Solution Principal to join our EPM practice to focus on leading customer consulting engagements, pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations and tender responses, and designing / architecting EPM solutions for customers.  

 

You will have experience in Accounting, Financial Control, Transformation or Consulting which you have applied to technological implementations. You will have in depth knowledge of the ANZ EPM market, experience implementing Oracle EPM or an equivalent solution, be comfortable communicating with senior executives and delivering presentations and demonstrations. 

 

Essential Job Functions 

  • Stakeholder management experience and a relationship builder by nature to ensure real collaboration with clients 
  • Gather and document requirements and design EPM solutions 
  • Responding to tenders and pricing consulting engagements 
  • Demonstrate EPM solutions to prospective customers 
  • Collaborate with internal team members on our solution IP, ensuring it remains current  
  • Participate in webinars, videos and communication broadcasts to customers 
  • Working with Account Directors to grow our pipeline of opportunities 
  • Maintain close working relationships with Oracle 
  • Transitioning sales opportunities to the delivery team 

 

Qualifications 

  • Strong financial background with experience of core finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting or management reporting 

  • Extensive experience in a Consulting environment  

  • Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for a critical area of the DXC business 

  • Proven pre-sales experience, including excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Strong experience with leading implementations of Oracle EPM  

  • Passionate about helping customers on their digital finance transformation journey 

  • Proven track record of success working on business development initiatives 

  • Tertiary educated in a Finance discipline
