Essential Job Functions

• Manage and maintain the integrity of Configuration Items (CIs) and hardware asset records across enterprise environments.
• Ensure alignment between physical assets and CMDB records, maintaining high levels of data quality and accuracy.
• Perform asset reconciliation, validation, and configuration audits to support governance requirements.
• Track and manage the complete hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Produce operational reports, metrics, and dashboards related to CMDB and asset management performance.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing accurate asset and configuration data.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, operations, and service management teams to improve configuration and asset management processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance CMDB data quality, standardization, and compliance.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven experience in Configuration Management (CMDB) and hardware asset lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Configuration Item (CI) management, asset standards, inventory accuracy, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience maintaining alignment between CMDB records and physical hardware assets.
• Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, governance standards, and reporting practices.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and/or ServiceNow Asset Management modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes related to Configuration Management and Asset Management.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow, or related certifications.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of asset discovery, inventory automation, and data reconciliation tools.
• Experience supporting compliance initiatives and audit requirements.
• Exposure to Software Asset Management (SAM) processes and practices.
• Understanding of infrastructure operations and IT service management environments.
