JOB DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fully responsible for the demand and supply planning in the country
  • Provide leadership and partner with key stake holders within the supply chain teams to drive process improvement and meet business demands in some or all of the following functions: new product launches, product line transfers, end of life (EOL) product life cycle planning, purchasing, and inventory management
  • Redefines systems, processes and organizational structures in order to maximize forecast accuracy and financial savings
  • Develop strategies for improving operation efficiencies while improving service levels and optimizing inventory levels as well as operation costs
  • Cooperate with local management for all initiatives implementation in the country
  • Collaborate with other functions such as sales/marketing, finance, RA/QA and IT to intergrade business process and develop solutions
  • Prepare inventory, scrap, operations cost forecasts and budget recommendations for management
  • Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to demand forecasting, inventory processes/operations; measure actual performance against goals on regular basis and present results to senior management
  • Develop employee in relations to training, performance management, career development and employee relations;
  • Provide leadership by assigning goals which align to entity annual plans and department needs then manage team to execute goals through coaching and mentoring
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Create and maintains departmental reports and track Key KPI as required
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain effective internal control over customer service processes
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures/SOPs and ensure 100% compliance
  • Apply continuous improvement tools to identify and eliminate the root causes of issues that may arise within the warehouse including managing corrective action
  • Participate in teams, committees, events and training which improves the organization
