Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Geneva scripts, encompassing rules, calculations, and reports, to support investment management operations effectively.
- Collaborate closely with business users to comprehend requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Geneva platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Geneva and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Geneva configurations, data integrity, and performance to uphold system reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Geneva, including monitoring, tuning, and optimization to enhance system efficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and processes related to Geneva development and support to maintain clear and comprehensive documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Geneva development, customization, and support within the financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in Geneva scripting languages, such as Geneva Script, RSL, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Geneva modules such as Portfolio Accounting, Performance Measurement, and Compliance.
- Experience with data integration and interfaces using Geneva Data Mart, Geneva API, or similar tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
