Job Description: Core Compliance – Administrator

Experience: 1–4 years in Compliance
Location: Mumbai

Role Overview

Seeking a junior compliance professional with hands‑on exposure to core compliance, including surveillance, OBI monitoring, and compliance engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct post‑event surveillance of transactions and communications across products.
  • Identify and escalate potential market abuse, conflicts of interest, or policy breaches.
  • Support and implement various regional policies
  • Assist in processing PAD queries, OBI requests, G&H requests
  • Assist in implementation various regional initiatives (i.e. Annual Compliance Plan, Compliance Risk Assessment)
  • Maintain records, review procedures, and assist in reporting surveillance metrics.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years in compliance within financial services.
  • Exposure to surveillance functions is a plus.

Skills

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.
  • Detail‑oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and sound judgement.
  • Works with integrity, curiosity, and collaborative mindset.
