  • Develop, propose and collaborate with various stakeholders from both global and site team to generate preliminary site master plan (SMP) concept design for greenfield and brownfield projects in alignment with company strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional facilities teams to identify opportunities for facilities space planning optimization and establish standards for critical facilities rooms and areas.
  • Standardize and continuous improvement of facilities space management for critical systems, leveraging industry best practices and lesson learnt from the previous projects.
  • Assess and identify potential risks and challenges related to facilities space constraints, particularly in brownfield projects by conducting crash check during preliminary stage and providing support to ensure project continuity.
  • Generate SMP 3D models, renderings and animations to visualize and communicate proposed site master plan effectively.
  • Analyze and evaluate construction-related building & site information across all Micron sites and used as guidelines for construction projects.
  • Regularly update and enhance Micron site construction data to maintain accuracy for benchmarking, reference and info sharing purposes with cross-functional facilities teams
  • Provide timely and effective supports to new construction projects to ensure project continuity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Architecture, Engineering or construction-related field.
  • Good knowledge and understanding in semiconductor manufacturing plants and construction local code. (Preferable with fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing)
  • Understanding for utilities systems is highly desired.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in CAD softwares and 3D modeling tools. (Candidate will need to heavily use these softwares for SMP layout and space analysis)
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft office, multimedia editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect or etc
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, strong collaboration & analytical skills and able to work independently
  • May requires to travel for site survey if necessary
  • Willing to work during non-standard hours if necessary
  • Able to interpret Architecture, layout-related drawings
