岗位职责：
1.负责Zoom产品线Java后端软件开发及设计工作，以及驱动相关任务的落地；2.根据项目计划，按时提交高质量的设计和代码，完成任务；
3.深入理解业务需求，参与产品的方案讨论和相关的技术调研，完成系统的设计，开发或代码重构，并持续对系统进行优化；
4.解决开发过程中和线上的技术问题。
任职要求：
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上Java开发经验，具有很强的Java软件开发和设计能力；
2.深入理解Java的JVM调优、垃圾回收机制、多线程编程等；
3.精通Web开发框架，如Spring MVC、Spring Boot等，熟悉微服务架构和相关技术；
4.能够编写高性能、可扩展的代码，并进行性能分析和优化，具备代码审查的能力；
5.精通DevOps工具链，了解CI/CD流程，能够配置和维护自动化部署环境；
6.熟悉Docker和Kubernetes，能够进行应用的容器化部署和管理；
7.深入理解高级面向对象设计概念，精通设计模式，能够在复杂场景中灵活运用；
8.能够设计高可用性、高扩展性和高性能的架构，熟悉微服务架构的设计原则和实践；
9.熟悉安全编码规范；有安全意识；
10.具备良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力，学习能力、创新能力，自我驱动，执行力强，责任心强。
