Job Description Summary:
Under the direction of the Enterprise Information Services (EIS) Identity and Access Management (IAM) Director, the Enterprise Information
Services Identity and Access Management CareConnect Manager plans, directs, and manages the team responsible for provisioning
appropriate access of users. The manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, evaluating, and improving the accuracy and
timely delivery of access to users. Manage large-scale, complex projects and operational activities of the team and direct the staff by
providing technical and business direction. Monitor identity and access control methods/systems to ensure that appropriate information
access levels and security clearances are maintained in accordance with OhioHealth policy and state and federal regulations. Provide the
interface between the Enterprise Information Security Office and users to provide outreach and education regarding identity proofing, security
and access control needs, activities, directions. The manager will be working with other IAM leads to assist with developing and supporting
the EIS security program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Field of Study: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services or equivalent combo education and relevant experience
- 3 yrs. supervisor experience in healthcare information services and EPIC security
- 5 yrs. Related to information security, Identity and Access Management
- Ohio only. Infrequent commute to Columbus, OH office for team meetings
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
- Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise employees in a service delivery capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish work through subordinate supervisors and leads, or high-level individual contributors.
- Should be knowledgeable on security and business regulations and frameworks. (i.e. HIPAA, PCI, NIST, ISO and CIS).
- Ability to identify and implement changes and improvements that accomplish long-range objectives. Thorough understanding of current developments and trends in access provisioning across Active Directory, ERP systems, and EPIC.
- Broad expertise in information services related to managing access for users across a federated environment and various external entities.
- Provides leadership, coaching, managerial, technical, procedural and process related assistance to members of the EIS IAM Security Team, especially as it applies to the EPIC system.
- Demonstrated Experience of successful analysis of business needs/problems and implementation of standardized, scalable solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communications. Function independently, self-starter, achievement oriented with ability to comprehend complicated issues and formulate creative solutions for problem-solving and opportunity development.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- 20% Assimilate customer requirements, utilize standard IS methodologies, and gather information from various sources when designing solutions for non-associate / external affiliate identity, security and access control needs.
- 20% Review and maintain all system-related identity proofing and access control methods within use for non-associate / external affiliates, and act as a liaison to application and system teams as needed / appropriate. Facilitate and participate in committees with cross-functional teams within Information Services and throughout the health system across.
- 20% Work with other OhioHealth departments/business lines to implement appropriate solutions and architectures for identity proofing, secure access controls and audits.
- 20% Actively participate in optimizing processes and offer suggestions for new approaches to enhance customer service. Standardize processes to provide exceptional customer service while reducing time and costs. Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes.
- 20% Perform daily systems security administration functions, including managing customer access requests; create, modify and/or delete customer profiles and accounts; reset passwords; and maintain appropriate documentation.
