Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a dynamic Tungsten Technology Expert to spearhead innovative projects leveraging emerging technologies. In this strategic role, you will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate across functions to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing business processes, fostering innovation, and maintaining Synechron’s position at the forefront of technological advancement.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proficiency with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript (minimum intermediate level)

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

  • Experience working with blockchain platforms, IoT frameworks, and AI tools

• Preferred:

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Familiarity with data management tools and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of projects utilizing emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Mentor and guide technical team members to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality project delivery.

• Evaluate, recommend, and implement innovative technology solutions to optimize operational efficiency and business innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, business, and technical stakeholders—to translate strategic direction into actionable technical initiatives.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging tech to continuously enhance project effectiveness and organizational competitiveness.

• Ensure project compliance with security, quality standards, and best practices.

• Manage technical risk and escalate issues proactively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

• Required: Python, Java, JavaScript

• Preferred: C#, Go, or other relevant modern languages

Databases/Data Management:

• Required: SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)

• Preferred: Data warehousing solutions, Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years in software development with demonstrated leadership in technology projects.

• Proven experience delivering projects involving blockchain, IoT, or AI/ML solutions.

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior staff, and managing cross-functional collaborations.

• Industry experience across finance, healthcare, supply chain, or related sectors is desirable.

• Alternative pathways such as substantial contributions to open-source projects or consultancy in emerging tech solutions will be considered.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Oversee the execution of projects utilizing emerging technologies, ensuring they meet scope, time, and quality expectations.

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance during project planning, development, and deployment phases.

• Foster collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and other teams to align project priorities with organizational strategies.

• Research and evaluate new technological solutions, creating prototypes or proof-of-concept models as needed.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in security, performance, and scalability.

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders, translating complex ideas into accessible insights.

• Track project progress, document technical specifications, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Blockchain certifications, AI/ML certifications, Cloud certifications).

• Commitment to continuous professional development, including participation in workshops, webinars, or industry conferences.
