The Order-to-Cash Business Analyst supports master data management in the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) organization, reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor. This role will focus on timely and accurate creation and maintenance of Master Data in RightAngle. The candidate should be able to work in a team environment and maintain a strong business partnering focus as well as strive for continuous improvement and efficient work processes.
This position belongs to a family of jobs with increasing responsibility, competency, and skill level. Actual position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Create, maintain, and validate master data in RightAngle and related systems; review requests to prevent duplicate records, obtain required stakeholder information, and ensure records are complete, accurate, and aligned with data integrity standards
Manage and monitor master data request queues to support timely and accurate service delivery, ensuring requests are reviewed, prioritized, and completed efficiently
Provides day-to-day system administration support for business unit-specific systems, including troubleshooting issues
Collaborates with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements
Conducts thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvements
Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
Develops process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states of business processes; identifies bottlenecks and areas for optimization within existing workflows
Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose effective and efficient solutions
Provides input and conducts testing for the development and implementation of new systems or process enhancements
Communicates to internal stakeholders and trains end-users on new systems or process enhancements
Ensures business needs are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders
Ensures implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
Monitors industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Serves as business liaison for internal and external audits
Bachelor's Degree required; Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Information Systems highly preferred
Two (2) years of relevant experience required; experience with master data integration highly preferred.
Knowledge of RightAngle functional domain, implementation, and development processes highly preferred
Knowledge of Accounting and Credit processes and data flows preferred
Experience with ServiceNow & Salesforce preferred
