Job Description:

The person hired for this position will be responsible for spec-in 3M products by selecting tapes and adhesives to be applied to various customers in the B2B industrial market and for finding new potential market and projects by closely interacting with the relevant people and conducting sales activities. They mainly perform technical sales/support with the customer's lab or development / design departments, as necessary, are involved in the whole processes including manufacturing line, converter and sub-tier suppliers, and lead communication with 3M internal departments and distributors.

• Responsibility and internal collaboration to achieve sales objectives

• Account and business management capabilities utilizing CRM systems and internal resources

• Target industry : Transportation, Appliance/Elec., Construction, General assembly/manufacturing

• Domestic business trip is required

• CRM 시스템 및 내부 자원을 활용한 계정 및 비즈니스 관리

Qualification

 

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• At least 7 years of work & sales experience in the industrial market

• Work experience in industrial markets such as transportation, appliance/elec., construction, general assembly/manufacturing

• Preferred work experience with tape and adhesive

• Experience in sales and technical support Project management skills

• Project management skill / Good communication skill

• Driver’s license is required
