AMLI Residential is currently hire a Leasing Consultant to join our team in Deerfield!

As a Leasing Consultant, you will:

• Support leasing efforts and resident relations at AMLI Deerfield

• Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current residents.

• Assist with tours, application processing, and lease execution.

• Coordinate with the onsite teams to maintain a consistent and professional leasing experience across both communities.

• Contribute to resident events, social media marketing, and outreach efforts.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each property's features, availability, and pricing.

• Help ensure smooth operations and team coverage across both sites, including weekends and holidays as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work seamlessly across multiple locations.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to providing excellent service.

• Comfortable working Saturdays (closed Sundays)
