PH Jones is a dynamic and growing company passionate about social value and delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Team Support Assistant to join our team during this exciting period of growth.

Role Overview: As a Team Support Assistant, you will report directly to our Managing Director. This role is busy and fast-paced, requiring someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage various diaries with the utmost confidentiality. You will be working closely with senior leadership in the energy sector, focusing on net zero and decarbonisation initiatives. There will be a requirement for travel therefore the ideal candidate must have access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate diary for the Managing Director.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in managing confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Ideally based in the North West region, with the role being home-based.
