The Northrop Grumman PMO team is seeking a Computer Operations Analyst to join its dynamic team of technical professionals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Space Systems support team under the Chief Information & Digital office (CIDO). The selected candidates primary focus will be Windows Systems Administration support and enclave compliance activities.
Note- The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time, at our facility/campus. This is not a virtual position.
This position may require participation in a possible ‘on call’ work rotation as required.
The Computer Operations Analyst:
Analyzes, documents and reports computer processing problems, determines cause, assesses alternative solutions, implements corrective action and monitors to avoid recurrence. Develops, coordinates and maintains department operating procedures and systems to ensure effective problem-solving operations. Maintains control of software and hardware change implementations and coordinated changes with applicable personnel to ensure proper utilization of CPU resources, channel I/O completion, peripheral devices, DASD and network environments. Provides network, computer and equipment problem resolution support to improve customer satisfaction in reliability, availability, and cost of service. Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.

Salary Range: $70,200.00 - $105,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
