As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst at Goldin, a premier auction company dealing in collectible items, you will be at the heart of our sales and revenue operations. Your role will focus on optimizing the sales and lead funnel processes to maximize revenue growth and enhance the efficiency of sales operations. You will leverage data analytics to improve sales strategies, automate reporting, and support our dynamic sales team.
Sales Pipeline Automation: Develop and maintain automated reporting mechanisms to provide real-time insights into the sales pipeline. Ensure all relevant stakeholders are updated on how sales are pacing against expectations.
Compensation and Quota Tracking: Manage comprehensive compensation reporting and monitor quota progression for each quarter to ensure alignment with company goals.
Salesforce Processes/Optimization: Own CRM(Salesforce) and data hygiene, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, consignments and deal stages. Enhance functionality through automation and the introduction of advanced tools to improve the sales team's enablement, deal conversion rates and sizing accuracy.
Data Analytics Support: Provide robust analytical support to the sales team, helping to strategize and optimize sales approaches based on detailed, data-driven insights.
Marketing and Lead Funnel Analysis: Conduct detailed reporting on content effectiveness, marketing reach, growth metrics, and lead funnel progression. Ensure that these insights are clearly communicated across departments to inform strategy and operations.
Innovation in Lead Generation: Propose and implement new methods for lead generation; oversee projects from conception to execution to refine our marketing strategies and expand our customer base.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth data handoffs and alignment on operational practices that support sales objectives.
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives designed to enhance revenue processes and integrate insights from across the company to drive business improvements.
Training and Mentorship: Offer guidance and training to newer or less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collective success in the Revenue Operations department.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or a related role, preferably within the auction or collectibles industry.
Expertise in CRM and sales automation tools, particularly Salesforce.
Strong analytical and data visualization skills; proficiency in analytics software (e.g., Lightdash, Tableau, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively presenting data insights and influencing strategic decisions.
The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$70,000 - $120,700Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
