The EMR Software Analyst serves as a critical technical consultant, and a Tier 2 escalation point for the organization’s EMR system. In this role, you will oversee comprehensive issue tracking, manage finance and program configurations, and coordinate essential system upgrades. A key part of the position involves testing new developments and bug fixes while diligently reviewing software release notes to ensure system stability. Beyond technical maintenance, the Analyst is responsible for the foundational setup and security of the system, including staff profile management, form design, billing configurations, and the implementation of strict security protocols.
Division/Program Overview:
As a leader within the EMR team, you will coordinate operational meetings, manage program-specific tasks, and spearhead training initiatives for both new hires and existing team members. This role is vital for ensuring staff are proficient in system workflows and that all EMR-related requests are handled efficiently. Please note that this position requires a high degree of flexibility; to support system updates and urgent technical needs, you will be expected to work outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays as required.
