岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1. 库存与订单管理Inventory & Order Management
1.1监控日常各项报表、每日库存水位与客户需求,生成补货订单,确保库存充足;
Monitor daily reports, inventory levels, and customer demand; generate replenishment orders to ensure sufficient stock.
1.2监控和维护销售订单,并对未来订单需求进行库存模拟与预分配,优化库存结构;
Monitor and maintain sales orders; perform inventory simulation and pre-allocation for future orders to optimize inventory structure.
2. 客户协同与需求管理Customer Collaboration & Demand Management
2.1紧密协同客户,定期沟通需求计划、库存状况与绩效,推动持续改进项目;
Collaborate closely with customers, regularly communicate demand plans, inventory status, and performance; drive continuous improvement projects.
2.2快速响应并跟进客户需求,协同分析异常波动的根本原因,制定并推动纠正预防措施;
Respond to and follow up on customer needs promptly; jointly analyze root causes of abnormal fluctuations; develop and promote corrective and preventive actions.
3. 物流交付与协调Logistics Delivery & Coordination
3.1全程监控运输状态,与销售公司及内部团队紧密合作,确保补货准时送达;
Monitor shipment status throughout the process; work closely with sales companies and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of replenishments.
3.2确保收到DRFI,以便能安排准时发货;
Ensure DRFI is received to schedule on-time shipments.
3.3确保所有发货符合月结要求并满足客户期望;
Ensure all shipments comply with month-end closing requirements and meet customer expectations.
4. 系统与数据支持System & Data Support
4.1维护并确保U8/Cesar/HJ等供应链系统的设置与数据交互准确;
Maintain and ensure accurate setup and data exchange of supply chain systems such as U8, Cesar, and HJ.
4.2管理客户预测数据,维护IBP主数据,并协调全球计划所需的新主数据设置;
Manage customer forecast data, maintain IBP master data, and coordinate the setup of new master data required for global planning.
5. 综合运营与支持Integrated Operations & Support
5.1协同质量与财务部门,高效处理客户退货事宜;
Collaborate with Quality and Finance departments to efficiently handle customer returns.
5.2监控并推动达成APAC区域的端到端准时交付率(OTD)等关键绩效目标;
Monitor and drive the achievement of key performance targets, such as APAC region's End-to-End On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate.
5.3完成上级交办的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职资格Qualifications
1. 统招本科及以上学历,供应链管理、物流管理、工业工程、统计学等相关专业优先;
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
2. 1-3年以上库存计划、物料计划、供应链分析或VMI相关岗位经验,掌握供应链管理、库存控制理论、预测与计划方法论;
1-3 years of relevant working experience in inventory planning, material planning, supply chain analysis, or VMI-related roles. Proficient in supply chain management, inventory control theory, and forecasting & planning methodologies.
3. 出色的数据分析与逻辑思维能力,能熟练使用Excel进行数据分析(如数据透视表、函数),熟悉SQL、Power BI或Python者更优;
Excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills, proficient in using Excel for data analysis (e.g., PivotTables, functions). Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Python is a plus.
4. 熟练使用ERP系统,有VMI相关模块或平台操作经验者优先;
Proficient in using ERP systems; experience with VMI-related modules or platforms is preferred.
5. 英语能够作为工作语言,具备基本的口语沟通能力;
Proficient in English as a working language, with basic oral communication skills.
6. 具备良好的沟通能力、应变能力以及解决问题的能力;
Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
7. 具备良好的逻辑思考能力以及分析能力;
Excellent logical thinking and analytical abilities.
8. 有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神,善于沟通与协作,勤奋、踏实。
High sense of responsibility and strong teamwork spirit, good at communication and collaboration, diligent and dependable.
