Job Summary: Manage all financial & controlling activities at a specific organizational level (entity, country, cluster, etc.). Drive all finance resources for the implementation of financial processes & develops internal controls, aiming at ensuring the integrity of the accounts & the compliance with standards & regulations in a business-oriented manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assess and present the business opportunity, and explain how it fits the GBU/Cluster/WBL strategy and CSR/ ESG strategy.
2. Determine if the investment/acquisition target is aligned with the Group Strategy.
3. Examine the recommended solution and business case with expected returns, and ensure that our offer stands out from the competition.
4. Establish the final investment amount (+/- 5%) and confirm the full execution plan, timing, required resources, etc.
5. Maintain and update on the progress of the execution and profitability of approved projects.
6. Monitor closely the investment decisions per tranche and per year.
7. Review Capital Expenditure Request numbers and implement Planned vs Actual cost reviews.
8. Review the job order costing of Installation projects and ensure proper project revenue recognition.
9. Monitors performance indicators to ensure the districts' performance.

Required Qualifications
Master degree in Business/ Finance; MBA and/or CPA
15+ years professional finance/accounting experience, minimum of five years of experience in a senior-level accounting or finance position.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory in order to support all teams throughout different regions of Canada
