How We Work? 

We love to work together and collaborate in our teams, which is why we opted for a hybrid model, allowing us to work from the office 2-3 times per week. 

Mission and Goals:

Drives the overall technical sales strategy with selected partners including product demonstrations, roadmap presentations and designing the right technical setup for optimized customer experience.
Works closely with Partner engineering regarding partner requirements for the short-term and long-term

Objectives:

  • Understand the requirement of partners, develop and propose solutions involving Norton products.

  • Support partners to integrate Norton products into their system and platforms.

  • Demonstrate Norton solutions, influence customer’s technical requirements, and position products relative to competition. Presentations and conference call discussions are an important part of this role.

  • Work closely with sales account managers to drive revenue for both new and existing business by providing support for technical aspects.

  • Demonstrate and talk about Norton products for media on behalf of PR and Marketing

Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience in the related field is preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in security software, systems administration, pre-sales, technical support, localization is preferred

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues around software, hardware and network

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, experience of Android, Mac and iOS is valuable.

  • Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanour

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
