To strengthen our sales department in Brussels, we are currently looking for an Account Manager dedicated to EU accounts.

Tasks

  • In collaboration with the team, participate in developing business at the European Institutions within established framework contracts.
  • Maintain and develop commercial relationships with dedicated EU customers or potential customers.
  • Act as a point of contact between the EC and the recruitment team.
  • Support the staffing and recruitment activities.
  • Follow-up of customer satisfaction and active/future needs
  • Follow up of employees/consultants

Skills

  • Higher education degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales/staffing/resourcing experience within IT , experience with the European Institutions is a huge advantage.
  • Strong understanding of customers and market requirements
  • Very good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proactive and result oriented
  • Creative and problem solving
  • Fluency in French and English, Dutch is a plus
  • Team spirit is very important
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
