Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: Three (3) years of professional information technology system administration experience.
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.

Knowledge of hardware and software resources.
Knowledge of best practices to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Preferences:
Experience in higher education, public sector, or similarly complex organizations.
Experience configuring and managing SaaS products in large organizations.
Experience in change management, training end-users, and driving adoption.
Experience writing and using scripts for automation, reporting and application customization.
Experience working with web APIs and developing applications.
Working knowledge of ed-tech platforms and tools.
