Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment of solutions either on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring that the application pipelines are robust and production-ready. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven systems to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in problem-solving activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their AI service offerings.
- Familiarity with integrating generative AI models into production environments.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows for machine learning applications.
- Understanding of deep learning concepts and their practical applications in AI systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
