The Analyst –Business Support- Quality Assurance is responsible for completing claim quality reviews, quality measurement, and quality reporting and for supporting quality execution and continuous improvement across Walmart Claims Services (WCS). The Analyst partners with claims leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen alignment, transparency, reserve adequacy, and overall claim handling quality.
The Claims Center of Excellence (CoE) Quality team drives quality assurance, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across Walmart Claims Services. The team partners with Claims, Underwriting, Actuarial, Internal Audit, and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) to ensure high standards of claim handling, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
