As a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis on the Finance team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function, overseeing budget, forecasting, reporting, and long term financial planning.  
  • Develop and implement financial models and analytics to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. 
  • Work directly with operational and functional leaders and support them in developing their strategic plans, annual budgets, and forecasts.  
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define financial objectives, assess performance against targets, and drive improvements. 
  • Prepare and present financial reports and insights to stakeholders, including monthly reporting and ad hoc needs.  
  • Monitor industry trends and economic factors to inform strategic planning and risk management.

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of FP&A experience, with at least five years in leadership roles.  
    • Private equity and M&A experience preferred. 
    • Experience with multi-entity, multi-country business operations required. 
    • Experience with implementing a reporting system, Adaptive being a plus.  
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. 
    • Highly skilled at developing complex financial modeling and forecasting, as well as advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software. 
    • Proven ability to effectively lead a team with a focus on coaching and team development.  
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Onsite at our Irving, Texas headquarters or our Waco, Texas headquarters.
