As an IT Project Specialist focused on AI-Driven Portfolio your mission will be to to architect an AI-driven portfolio system that converts team execution into clear status insights, providing full transparency into the health and progress of our key Tech initiatives.

 

What your day-to-day will look like

• Designing and implementing EBANX’s technology project program, building a living AI-powered portfolio that reflects real execution across teams;
• Devise lightweight, automatable workflows using tools such as GitHub, Markdown, Monday and AI agents to ensure information flows naturally across the company;
• Leveraging AI to improve portfolio visibility, prioritization, workload allocation and risk detection;
• Promote strong governance and AI-driven portfolio management best practices;
• Ensuring project information is continuously updated, accessible and meaningful across engineering, data, IT, security, product and business areas.

 

What you need to shine in this role

• Experience structuring delivery systems in engineering-driven environments, ideally with a background in software development;
• Hands-on experience structuring workflows and delivery processes across multiple teams;
• Experience using project and collaboration tooling such as Jira, Monday, GitHub, Miro or similar;
• Active personal use of AI tools to augment thinking, writing, analysis, and organization;
• Structured execution mindset with strong ownership and decision orientation;
• Ability to actively manage stakeholders across technical and business areas, aligning expectations, surfacing trade-offs and driving decisions without relying on formal authority;
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).
