Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke's Hospital has an opportunity for a Transplant Compliance RN.

The Work:

  • This position will act as liaison for any research involving transplant patients.
  • This position will collaborate with transplant quality analysts for PI projects and auditing.
  • Accurate and timely transplant data entry into the OPTN reporting system and corresponding program databases
  • Actively participate in QAPI committee meetings
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on OPTN and CMS regulatory compliance changes-Audit performance measures and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary transplant team to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Provide education to the multi-disciplinary team on regulatory requirements and documentations standards
  • Support the team with continuous survey readiness

Hours: Full Time Day - Hybrid Role Monday - Friday Days - typically 2-3 days in the office; 2-3 days remote

Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
