The mission of a Sales Team Assistant is to understand business needs, collaborate with the respective teams, provide administrative support to colleagues, participate in solution development, and effectively deliver these solutions to the business. This role offers opportunities for further career development within the company, along with a change of responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Coordinate teamwork on various activities: maintain internal business systems updated, collect data, align with the team leader, and communicate to the clients;
Analyze data and prepare reports for the team, including price monitoring, sell-out analysis, inventory management, and fund balance assessments;
Ensure accurate price list management by verifying prices in SAP, addressing discrepancies with thorough reasoning, and communicating findings to the team and clients;
Manage payment processes: calculate compensation, record agreed amounts in internal systems, consolidate data for payments, and prepare supporting documents in accordance with internal procedures;
Archive documents for audit (internal and external alignments);
Support document flow by preparing materials, obtaining approvals from internal services, signing documents, and sending them to clients;
Support the team with ad hoc tasks.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly salary starting from 85 000 RUB gross
Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 4 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications
The job requires you to be based in Krasnodar (or be ready for relocation)
Any higher education degree
Good command of English (Intermediate or higher level)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced MS Excel skills
Eagerness to learn, experiment, fail, and try again
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and with others
