Customer Success & Support

  • Picks and packs orders ensuring accuracy. 
  • Orders may include to clients, to Chinchilla or Adelaide warehouse, or sub inventory transfers between field utes or field containers.
  • Unloads incoming materials, products, parts and equipment and checks for quality.
  • Same day receipting of goods, where practical, and ensures that physical stock received is accurate and any errors, short delivered items or NCR products are reported following Company procedures.
  • Loads outgoing products and equipment ensuring correct Chain of Responsibility guidelines are followed
  • Accurate and timely shipping of goods in Company’s ERP system (Oracle), including same day communication of potential schedule slips where customer requirements (internal and external) may not be met
  • Storage of parts and inventory in accordance with Company guidelines or as instructed ensuring correct labelling, FIFO (First In, First Out) process, weight restrictions and racking standards are being adhered to.
  • Responsible for regular cycle counts, including same day turnaround of results, and identifies necessary recounts.
  • Knows and enforces compliance with all quality objectives and policies.
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards, policies and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Drives and contributes to the department continuous improvement culture by identifying and suggesting areas for improvement and encouraging team members to do the same.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
  • Other duties as required.
